October 15th marked a vibrant spectacle at the Ecological Lake in Xintown, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam. Organized by the Vietnamese Taiwanese Business Association in collaboration with the Vietnamese Cycling Industry Association, under the guidance of the Ho Chi Minh City Consulate General and the Overseas Community Affairs Commission, this event was meticulously planned by Overseas Community Affairs Commissioner Mr. Cai Wenrui from DDK Fong Ming Group, attracting a multitude of overseas compatriots. Consulate General of Taiwan in Ho Chi Minh City, Director Han Guoyao, and Overseas Community Affairs Commission, Secretary Ho Yu-ken, were actively engaged throughout, while Chairman Chen Shuishih of the Binh Duong Taiwanese Business Association rallied over 150 cyclists and spectators to partake in the race.
